Cassini and delphitools do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Neither app connects to the internet or has any capability to do so.
No data of any kind is collected by either app. No usage analytics, no crash reports, no device identifiers, no telemetry. There is no first-party data collection and no third-party data collection.
Neither app makes network requests, contains networking code, or communicates with any server, API, or external service. Both applications function entirely offline at all times.
Cassini requests camera access solely to capture photographs for use on the drawing canvas. Captured images are processed entirely on-device and are never transmitted anywhere. Cassini requests photo library access solely to save exported images. No images are read from the photo library.
delphitools requests camera access for two purposes: the colour camera tool, which samples colours from the live camera feed in real time, and the document scanner, which captures document images for use within the app. Delphitools also requests photo library access using iOS's limited photo data API, which provides a raw image datastream directly to the app. No images are transmitted anywhere. No photographs are saved to the photo library.
delphitools requests NFC access solely to read from and write to NFC tags at the user's direction. Tag data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted anywhere.
All user data — canvas files, recorded palettes, and application preferences for Cassini; and any data created within delphitools — is stored locally on the device. Nothing is backed up to any external server. Standard iCloud device backups may include this data as part of the normal iOS backup process, which is managed by Apple and the user's own iCloud settings.
There are none.
Neither app collects data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever needs to change, it will be updated here. Given that neither application has networking capability, the scope of possible changes is limited.
